In this role, you will work alongside seasoned experts to help transform complex data into actionable insights and strategies, empowering organizations to make critical decisions and drive measurable success—for business and society.

Your responsibilities:

As an intern, you will contribute to ongoing projects within Netsocietal’s business areas—built environment and urban innovation, health and societal change, nature-based solutions, and philanthropy, science funding, and impact investments. Your tasks will include:

  1. Assist in the assessment of organizations’ current societal impact.
  2. Research and analyze regulatory and societal impact expectations.
  3. Assist in conducting comprehensive trend mapping.
  4. Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Contribute to the redesign of organizational roles, talent identification, and business development to align with impact strategies.

Your qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, economics, business administration, data science, anthropology, urban planning).
  • Expertise in at least one of our four business areas is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills (quant. and/or qual.) and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in common office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong visual communication skills for presentations are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for driving positive societal and environmental change.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.

Internship Practicalities

  • Duration: 5 months (37 hours/week)
  • Start date: Mid-August 2025.
  • Renumeration: Provided if your educational track allows.
  • Location: Store Kannikestræde 18 in the heart of Copenhagen.
  • There may be opportunities for continuing employment or extending the internship upon successful completion.
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required.
